We do our homework with communities and what the market trends are, so we may pass this valuable information to you. Allowing you the client to make a better informed decision. The  commission fee can vary, however the minimum is $2,500 for homes $25k and under paid at closing. 

No money upfront to list your home. At minimum every week we host an open house for one of our listings, alternating homes until sold. The advertising we do is very active, placing your listing on Zillow,Realtor.com and social media outlets to name a few in order to give your home the best exposure. Should you happen to move or be out state, no worries we continue to show the home and also visit often.
